Leading radio stations, Cool FM, Wazobia FM, and Nigeria Info, has celebrated its annual Praise Jam concert.
Its first Easter edition held on the 18th of April, 2022, at the Eko Convention Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The event allowed Lagosians to celebrate the Easter holidays in grand style with their favourite gospel artistes.
The concert, was tagged “The Resurrection,” The show featured live musical performances from the likes of Mercy Chinwo, Tope Alabi, and Tim Godfrey.
Comedian Akpororo, BJ Sax, Emma Oh My God, Mike Abdul, Chioma Jesus, and D.J. Ofure also performed. Stand up comic Kenny Black served as the host at the event.

Speaking on the launch of the first Easter edition of the Praise Jam Concert, Serge Noujaim, the Chief Executive Officer of Cool FM, Wazobia FM, and Nigeria Info, noted that the rationale behind the event is to create a platform that encourages Lagosians to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ collectively.
“We, as a formidable radio group, understand the need for Nigerians, particularly Lagosians, to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ in a grand style. This is because we believe that this is a creative way of promoting the concept of love and togetherness which are part of the fundamental components required to sustain the corporate existence of Nigeria as a whole,” he said.
Highpoint of the event was the “Cool Money Rush”. The game allowed guests whose lucky number was picked by the computer to pick money for thirty seconds.
Praise Jam concert 2022 was a blast and the perfect way to celebrate the Easter holiday.
