Sifu game is getting difficulty modes to make it playable

Sifu has gotten lots of criticism for its extremely difficult nature, and a May 2022 ‘difficulty mode’ update could change that. According to its official Twitter handle, difficulty options are among the first new features it will launch on Tuesday, May 3rd.

Likely representing easy, medium and hard, the three coming Sifu difficulty levels are named student, disciple and master.

The Verge writer Jay Peters acknowledged that the game frustrated him on his journey to conquer it. Although the difficulty was a welcome challenge, not a lot of people appreciated it.

Besides the difficulty, users also get advanced training features and outfit selection on the same day.

Meanwhile, this Summer, Sifu will introduce a new advanced scoring feature and game modifiers to choose gaming conditions. As for its Winter plans, the game makers teased an entirely new game mode called Arenas. It will also come along with new modifiers and some new outfits.

Pending when the additional details and features arrive, you can start the game and become familiar with it. You can download Sifu here for $9.99 and start playing on your PC.
