The company recently announced that they will be rolling out this feature now, meaning users can switch between two numbers. Switching between new numbers without losing any of their existing chats, groups and messages is a sigh of relief.

Change Phone Number

Although Signal says in order to add a new number, you still need to get Signal messages sent to the old line. After that is done, simply head to the new “Change Phone Number” option in the app account settings. Thereafter, you input both the old and new numbers and then Signal prompts you on its normal process of setting an account with a number.
