Nigerian singer Chibuzor Oji, professionally known as Faze, has announced the demise of Ifeyinwa, his twin sister two days to their birthday.
The former member of Plantashun Boiz, a defunct music group, broke the sad news in an Instagram post on Monday 22nd February 2020. He, however, did not disclose the cause or circumstances that led to the death of Ifeyinwa.
The “Originality” crooner accompanied the post with a short video showing various memories of the deceased. He also expressed sadness over the development, noting that she would be missed by the family.
“It’s a sad day. My Twin sister has left me just two days to our birthday. We the Oji family take strength in knowing that she’ll never have to deal with this world’s problems anymore. We know she’s in a better place now”.

Meanwhile in his birthday post today, the singer took to his Instagram page to celebrate late Ify posthumously.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY, IFY. Today we should have been celebrating our birthday but ….. We can’t blame or question your reasons Lord for whatever happens in life cos you said in your word that “your thoughts towards us are thoughts of good and not of evil to give us an expected end”. Ify know that we the Oji family ❤️ you so so so so so so much. Rest in perfect peace.”

Fans and colleagues are already taken to Instagram to pay tribute to the deceased. Faze was a member of the Plantashun Boyz, along with Blackface and TuFace. The trio went separate ways in 2004 to pursue solo careers. Our heartfelt condolence goes to Faze and the Oji family on the demise of their daughter and sister.
