Tamar Braxton’s Show Postponed After Her Suicide Attempt

Tamar Braxton’s show  “Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!” has been postponed by WE Tv weeks after her suicide attempt. The cable network made the announcement via its official Twitter handle.

 

“Tamar Braxton had been an incredibly important member of the WE TV family for more than a decade, and our first concern is for her recovery and well-being.

“Given the current situation, we are postponing the premiere of ‘Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life! until September 10.”

Tamar Braxton was rushed to the hospital Wednesday 15th July night after a possible suicide attempt, The Blast reports. According to the outlet, the R&B singer had been staying at her Ritz Carlton Residence in Downtown Los Angeles with her partner David Adefeso who reportedly found her unresponsive.

 

Adefeso called 911 and said Braxton had taken an unknown amount of prescription pills and had been drinking alcohol.
