TD Plus Offers Free After-Sales Support To Customers

TD Plus, the trusted tech support service provider, is partnering with Africa’s leading technology distribution company, TD Africa to provide free after-sales support to all customers. Launched on October 1st, 2021, the campaign is a value add service open to purchases from TD Africa only. The offer includes all out-of-warranty defects for mobile devices such as water or screen damages, as well as other technical faults for PCs and electronics. 

Reacting to the development, General Manager of TD Plus, Karthik Ramachandran reassures customers of the company’s capacity to handle a large number of requests without compromising on the quality of service.

“As an extended arm of TD Africa, we have more than enough resources; including skilled personnel and professional tools to ensure quality service to both existing and projected customers. We have an active customer database of over 3000 nationwide, with three outlets in Lagos alone – Gbagada, Computer Village and Ikoyi. This is not to mention our outlets in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano and Enugu”, he explained.

Karthik also revealed that although the free after-sales support is one-off for each product, it would be a continuous offer for the foreseeable future. This, according to him, is because of the value TD Africa has placed on its partners/customers and their commitment to ensuring that as many people as possible enjoy their first service with TD Plus for free.

“We truly care for our customers and we won’t relent in providing the necessary support. We have built trust and we want to sustain it. This exercise will help to improve long term brand image and brand loyalty. However, this isn’t just a way for us to attract and keep our clientele; we also want to drive the cultivation of proper maintenance culture in Nigeria.
