The lady who Timaya hit and fled has broken her silence over the tragic accident.
The lady, Damilola Osinubi took to her Instagram page on Tuesday, March 8 to detail the incident, writing that Timaya knocked her down with his car and sped off leaving her bleeding on the floor.
She said she sustained several injuries including on her knees, arms, face, and on her acrylic nails.
“He then rolled up again and I thought he wanted to park well to come down and see the damage he has caused. Then I wanted to turn to the other side right in front of his G wagon, then the so-called celebrity zoomed off with his G wagon by knocking me down,” she wrote.

She added that the singer was not remorseful and has not apologised to her to date.
“Not only that, he dragged me on the road while I sustained injuries on my face, my two knees, my right hand, all my acrylics nails forcefully pull off. Before I knew it, he ran away leaving me in my pool of blood.”
Omowumi Osinubi, sister of Damilola first accused the “Cold Outside” singer of ramming into her sister and absconding from the scene.
She also shared receipts, adding that she sent him messages on Instagram which he viewed then proceeded to block her.
Barely 24hrs later, a video of the singer being arrested by policemen surfaced online.
Timaya upon his release from police custody, the singer went on an Instagram live session to give his own side of the story.
He admitted to hitting the woman’s car and said he came down to access the damage. However, he saw four or five men approaching, fearing for his safety, he fled but hit the woman in the process.
