Fast rising Nigerian street sensation Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable has become the brand ambassador of Odogwu Bitters, a herbal alcoholic brand owned by Obi Cubana.

The “Zazoo Zeh” crooner took to his Instagram page on March 21st to announce this ambassadorial deal. He also revealed that the deal cost over ₦50 million Naira.

“@obi_cubana don show love ooo. ₦50 million kwen don zeh for my Aza ooo. Official Ambassador @odogwu_bitters of Africa”.

Meanwhile, the endorsement deal has caused a tribal war on Twitter. Some Twitter users believe Portable knows nothing about what “Odogwu” means in the first instance and as such he is ill-fitted for the job.

Portable gained popularity in December last year after “Zazoo Zeh”, his hit track, with famous rapper Olamide, and popular dancer Poco Lee. The song became a street anthem across Nigeria during the 2021 Christmas holidays.
