MultiChoice Reality TV show Ultimate Love will be ending a week before schedule due to the spread of Coronavirus in the country.
In a statement signed by GOtv, the show which scheduled to end 5th April 2020, will now end on the 29th of March 2020.
“Whilst we know the show has garnered appreciable fans and viewers across Africa, it has become pertinent for us to join the ongoing efforts by the government and global public health officials to flatten the curve against the coronavirus,” part of the announcement read.

Multichoice’s Ultimate Love Reality show premiered on 9th February 2020 at its head office in Ilupeju, Lagos. In the show, contestants are meant mingle and find that special someone who would become their lifetime partner.

Adesuwa Onyenokwe, a veteran broadcaster, is the Aunty of the house. Unlike Big Brother Naija where Biggie was invisible, Aunty is part of the lives of the love guests, coaching them on how to be better partners.
The winning couple is to get an all-expense paid traditional wedding. Also, they will receive a furnished home if they decide to marry.
As of today, reports by NCDC confirms two new cases. One in Lagos, another in Osun state. In total, there are 46 confirmed cases, two discharged, with 1 death in Nigeria.
