Van Vicker Advises People To Upgrade Their Father’s Day Gift This Year

Ghanaian actor Van Vicker has advised his followers to stop giving regular gifts on father’s day.Van Vicker Advises People To Upgrade Their Father's Day Gift This YearThe father of three stated that fathers are tired of receiving mugs, shirts, ties, and even cufflinks.

He advised that people should study their partners and fathers to know what they really need before buying gifts. He also suggested that items such as shoes, watches, travel bags and even customized grooming sets will serve as better gifts this year.

Joseph van Vicker was born on 1st August 1977. He is a Ghanaian actor, movie director and humanitarian. He isalso the CEO of Sky + Orange production, a film production house.

In 2008, Van Vicker received two nominations for “Best Actor in a Leading Role” and “Best Upcoming Actor” at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Vicker was born in Accra, Ghana on to a Ghanaian/ Liberian mother and a Dutch father. His father died when he was six years old. He has often cited in interviews that he considers himself a global citizen as he was raised all over the world by his mother.

Vicker attended Mfantsipim School, along with fellow actor Majid Michel. Vicker has appeared in numerous Nollywood films alongside prominent Nollywood actors, including Tonto Dikeh, Mercy Johnson, Stephanie Okereke, Chika Ike and Jim Iyke.
