Fortnite is now partnering with the Jordan brand to introduce the Jumpman to the game. They launched a special cross-over event that lets players unlock Jumpman-inspired outfits that can come with customisable Jordan sneakers. You can buy the outfits using the Hang Time Bundle for 1,800 V-bucks ($18.00).

The new update to the Fortnite game also introduces a mode called Downtown Drop. It is a limited-time mode which, once completed, will unlock the Back Board. This will provide the player with a new backpack item that contains nine different styles based on popular Fortnite outfits.

A week ago, just before the film hit the cinemas, Fortnite had introduced an outfit inspired by “John Wick: Chapter 3.” They also had a huge partnership with “Avengers: Endgame” at the time of its release too. This time, Fortnite makes the user experience its priority by launching a new crossover even with the Jordan Brand by Nike.

This Fortnite x Jumpman collaboration will allow players to incorporate new outfits and a limited-time mode. Gamers can now purchase the Hang Time bundle to unlock two character skins, Grind and Clutch. Both outfits will have Jordan’s sneakers and will come in a variety of colours. It will also let players choose their favourite styles.

Unfortunately, the new features do not include the option to play with the legendary Michael Jordan himself.

The Downtown Drop was designed by creative artists Mollmolia and NotNellaf. The players can race through the streets of American city Brooklyn and collect coins, leap from big ramps and grind across rooftops.

Fortnite is easily the most popular video game in the world. It has over 250 million registered players. This is probably because it has been able to invade different aspects of pop culture. It does this by introducing constant crossover events, live-in game concerts and sometimes celebrity competition.
