Just over a month ago, electro-fusion artiste WurlD teamed up with heavyweight music producer SARS on a new joint titled “Mad”. Now, WurlD and Sarz have released the official music video for their new raving joint, “Mad”. There’s no way they’re letting us breathe before the year runs out.

“Mad” originally premiered by Ebro on Beats 1 Radio. It gives the inside scoop of a troubled relationship. The song depicts the familiar narrative of a couple’s relationship gone sour. Although they are bad together, they are also mad without each other. This then unfolds another exciting scene of events.

The video depicts WurlD’s complicated relationship with a new lover, showing that both parties’ egos hinder their connection from thriving. In the video, although his lover is present, he seems to be deep in thought, assessing the situation being addressed in the song.

“Mad” is a song off WurlD and Sarz’s forthcoming eight-track EP titled “I Love Girls With Trobul”. The extended play will cover different facets of romance through Afrobeat, Dancehall, and R&B. During the early rollout of the project, the duo also shared a video for a featured track, “Ego.”
